B. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are managed exclusively by Apple through the App Store’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit 2). The publisher does not have access to the User’s payment information (credit card, Apple Pay identifier, etc.).

The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each period (monthly or annual), unless cancelled by the User at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

C. Cancellation and Refunds

The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their Apple account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Access to subscription features is maintained until that date.

Refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223. The publisher is unable to process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

D. Plan Changes

In the event of cancellation or downgrade to a lower plan, data exceeding the limits of the new plan (vehicles, products, technicians) remains accessible in read-only mode. The User will need to adjust their content to comply with the limits of the chosen plan or subscribe to a higher plan.

Article 4 – Data Collection

The Application and the Website ensure the collection and processing of the User’s personal information in compliance with privacy regulations, in accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Under these regulations, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data.

The User may exercise these rights:

  • By email to [email protected] or [email protected];
  • By postal mail to: SAS SECURI’M — 3 Ferme de Mange Seille, 54610 BELLEAU.

For further details, the User is invited to consult the Privacy Policy accessible in the Application and on the Website.

Article 5 – Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, signs, and all content of the Application and the Website (texts, images, icons, graphic elements, source code, design, sounds, etc.) are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code and, more particularly, by copyright law.

The VanStock trademark and its associated logo are the property of SAS SECURI’M. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this trademark, of any nature whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

The User must obtain prior authorization from the publisher for any reproduction, publication, or copy of any content. The User agrees to use the Application’s content for strictly private purposes only. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited, with the exception of documents and data generated by the User in the normal course of using the Application (stock sheets, exports, etc.).

Any total or partial representation of the Application by any means whatsoever, without the express authorization of the operator, would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Article 6 – Liability

The information provided on the VanStock Application is deemed reliable, but the Application does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors, or omissions.

The information provided is presented for informational and general purposes only, without contractual value. Despite regular updates, the Application cannot be held responsible for changes in administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication.

The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited. The User assumes all risks related to the use of their identifier and password. The Application disclaims all liability in the event of fraudulent use of the User’s credentials.

The VanStock Application cannot be held responsible for any software damage that may affect the User’s device as a result of using the Application.

The Application’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable events caused by a third party.

Order Sheet

The Application offers a feature to generate order sheets in PDF format from low-stock or out-of-stock products. The documents thus generated are intended for the User’s internal use and do not constitute accounting, tax, or contractual documents enforceable against third parties.

The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of the generated order sheets. The User remains solely responsible for verifying the information contained in these documents before any use or transmission to a supplier.

Order sheets generated by the Application do not create any contractual obligation between the User and their suppliers. The publisher disclaims all liability in the event of a dispute arising from the use of these documents.

Offline Mode

The Application offers an offline mode allowing the User to view and edit their inventory without an Internet connection. Data displayed in offline mode corresponds to the last state synchronized with the servers and may not reflect changes made by other users (technicians, Master accounts) since the last synchronization.

Changes made offline are automatically synchronized when the Internet connection is restored. In the event of a conflict between simultaneous offline changes on multiple devices, the Application applies an automatic reconciliation rule. The publisher cannot be held liable for any data inconsistencies resulting from prolonged use in offline mode or simultaneous changes on multiple devices.

The User is encouraged to regularly verify the synchronization of their data, particularly when working as a team with technicians accessing the same vehicles.

Beta Programme and Waiting List

The Application offers a final beta programme limited to a restricted number of testers. Signing up for the beta programme does not guarantee immediate access to the Application. Users who sign up beyond the available capacity are placed on a waiting list and will receive access as soon as a spot becomes available.

The publisher reserves the right to modify the number of available spots, suspend, or terminate the beta programme at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

Beta testers agree to use the Application in a testing context and accept that it may contain bugs or malfunctions. The publisher disclaims all liability in the event of data loss or malfunction occurring during the beta phase.

Email Communications

By signing up for the final beta or launch notifications via the Website, the User consents to receive email communications related to VanStock and applications published by SECURI’M SAS. These communications include: the signup confirmation email, information related to the beta or launch, and occasional information about the publisher’s products.

The User may withdraw their consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting [email protected].

No personal data collected as part of these signups is sold, rented, or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

Article 7 – Cookies

The User is informed that during visits to the Website, strictly necessary cookies may be placed by Cloudflare for technical purposes (protection against attacks, traffic management). These technical cookies do not require the User’s prior consent.

The Website does not use any advertising, profiling, or audience measurement cookies.

The native Application (iOS/macOS) does not use cookies.

For further details, the User is invited to consult the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 – User Data

A. Data Ownership

The User remains the owner of all data entered into the Application (items, stock, photographs, descriptions, etc.). The publisher claims no ownership rights over such content.

B. License of Use

By using the Application, the User grants the publisher a limited, non-exclusive, and free-of-charge right to host, store, and display their data solely for the purpose of providing the Application’s services. This right terminates upon deletion of the User’s account.

C. Content Responsibility

All content uploaded by the User is their sole responsibility. The User agrees not to use the Application to store or distribute unlawful content, content infringing on third-party rights, or content contrary to public order and decency.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account whose use is contrary to these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.

The publisher shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the temporary unavailability of the Application or the Website.

Article 10 – Account Deletion and Data Portability

The User may at any time:

  • Delete their account from the Application settings or by email to [email protected] (or [email protected]). Deletion results in the erasure of all personal and stock data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention obligations;
  • Request data portability by sending an email to [email protected] (or [email protected]). Data will be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Article 11 – Application Updates

The publisher may release Application updates to improve features, fix malfunctions, or enhance security. The User is encouraged to keep the Application up to date for the best possible experience.

Some updates may be necessary for the proper functioning of the Application. The publisher reserves the right to make certain updates mandatory.

Article 12 — International Scope

The VanStock Application is available in multiple countries via the App Store and Mac App Store. These Terms of Use are drafted in accordance with French law and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

For users located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply in addition to these Terms. For users located outside the EU/EEA, these Terms and French law apply by default, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
