1.4 Distribution

The VanStock Application is distributed via:

  • Apple App Store (iOS / iPadOS) — Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, United States
  • Mac App Store (macOS) — Apple Inc.

In-app subscriptions (Free, Pro, Enterprise) are managed and billed by Apple via StoreKit 2.

Article 2 – Application and Website Content

All trademarks, logos, icons, photographs, texts, illustrations, images, as well as all graphic and software elements composing the Application and the Website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They are the full and exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use, or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including source code and graphic elements, without the prior written consent of the publisher, is strictly prohibited.

The publisher’s failure to initiate proceedings upon becoming aware of such unauthorized uses does not constitute acceptance of said uses or a waiver of the right to pursue legal action.

Article 3 – Liability

The publisher’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty, or interruption of service preventing access to the Application, the Website, or any of their features.

The equipment you use to connect to the Application and the Website is entirely your responsibility. You must take all appropriate measures to protect your equipment and your own data, particularly against virus attacks via the Internet. You are also solely responsible for the data you enter and consult via the Application and the Website.

The publisher cannot be held liable in the event of legal proceedings against you:

  • Due to the use of the Application, the Website, or any service accessible through them;
  • Due to your failure to comply with these legal notices and the Terms of Use.

The publisher is not responsible for damages caused to you, to third parties, and/or to your equipment as a result of your connection to or use of the Application or the Website, and you waive any action against the publisher in this regard.

If the publisher becomes the subject of amicable or judicial proceedings due to your use of the Application or the Website, the publisher may seek indemnification from you for all damages, amounts, judgments, and costs that may result from such proceedings.

Article 4 – Hyperlinks

The Application and the Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Any information accessible via a link to other websites or services is not published by the publisher. The publisher has no control over the content of said links and disclaims all responsibility for their content.

Users are authorized by the publisher to create hyperlinks to all or part of the Website. Any link must be removed upon simple request from the publisher.

Article 5 — International Scope

The VanStock Application is available in multiple countries via the App Store and Mac App Store. This Legal Notice is drafted in accordance with French law and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

For users located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the provisions of the GDPR apply fully. For users located outside the EU/EEA, this Legal Notice and French law apply by default, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user’s country of residence.

Article 6 – Governing Law

These legal notices are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts within the area of the publisher’s registered office, subject to any specific jurisdictional attribution arising from a particular law or regulation.
