Download VanStock from the App Store, then create an account with your email address or sign in with your Google account. Registration is free and takes just a few seconds.
From the main screen, tap the "+" button to add a new vehicle. Give it a name (e.g., "Van 1") and start adding products to it. The number of vehicles depends on your plan.
The scanner uses your iPhone's camera to read barcodes (EAN, UPC, etc.). Simply point the camera at a product's barcode. If the product already exists in your inventory, it appears instantly. Otherwise, you can add it.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To change plans or cancel, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. You can also access your subscriptions from the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
With a Pro or Enterprise plan, you can invite technicians from the app settings. Each technician gets access to their assigned vehicle and can manage their own stock. The manager keeps an overview of the entire fleet.
You can delete your account from the app: Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This action is irreversible and all your personal data will be deleted within 30 days. Remember to cancel your Apple subscription before deleting your account.
